We had ordered a new Amana AC System and during the installation your installers noticed we had a cracked heat exchanger that really been bad for a long time! Working with the sales office and the technicians were able to get a cost for replacement immediately and got our heat back on with in 5 hours. The following day they finished the AC system and everything was great! The Technicians explained the entire process very well, were extremely prompt, and provided a follow-up service check! A SPP [Service Protection Plan] was explained and we are considering the plan. We will definitely recommend you to our friends.
